In this role, Ginger has oversight and responsibility for multi-channel Call Center Services, Quality Assurance and Workforce Management. She is a graduate of Texas Woman’s University with a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Business Administration.

Prior to joining the Johnson County Museum, McMurray served as Superintendent of Historic Sites & Outdoor Education for Jackson County Parks + Rec, Director of Learning & Engagement for the Truman Library Institute, and Director of The White House Decision Center at the Harry S. Truman Presidential Library and Museum.
