Join United WE on December 12 for a virtual research release to announce findings from a new study on childcare licensing in the state of Kansas. United WE commissioned research with the Institute for Policy & Social Research and the Kansas Population Center at the University of Kansas about the childcare licensing process and challenges that may interfere with adequate access to childcare and potential solutions to improve the situation.
During the webinar, we will discuss:
The current dynamics of childcare licensing in Kansas
Economic development and childcare
Childcare licensing policy recommendations
Additionally, as part of the National Women’s Entrepreneur Childcare Initiative, United WE commissioned a nationwide research study to examine the regulatory burden faced by childcare providers in the 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.
