The Women’s Foundation is conducting two listening sessions for women of color moderated by Dr. Susan Wilson, UMKC. The virtual sessions will be research-based and conducted via Zoom to better understand the challenges for women of color and to implement appropriate resources for better access to boards and commissions – ultimately gaining more diversity and gender parity in civic leadership that is more representative of our communities.

Each session is limited to 20 participants. This session is full, but our July 23rd session is accepting RSVPs.
