On March 23, the Appointments Project® & Ready to Run Kansas® Women’s Leadership Series invites you to join us for an online discussion of female representation on Kansas municipal boards & commissions and learn what is needed to increase gender parity in leadership positions in cities across Kansas.

With research commissioned by United WE, the program will share Kansas Municipalities Gender Balance Research by Emily Vietti, M.A. and Mary Banwart, Ph. D. You’ll also hear from United WE President & CEO, Wendy Doyle, on the importance of gender equity on boards and commissions, and League of Kansas Municipalities Executive Director Erik Sartorius and City of Hutchinson Mayor Jade Piros de Carvalho.
